NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ARE ALLOWED

No returns will be accepted. Items will be double checked and no wrong or defective items will be delivered. *Claims can only be opened up to 14 calendar days after the customer has received the order.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
Once the order has been placed, we cannot cancel it after 24 hours, as it is possible that your order has already been processed. Please pay attention before placing your order. A cancellation by mistake, could be associated with small fees that will be deducted depending on the payment method used.

OUT OF STOCK
Some items may be out of stock or there may not be enough products to complete the order during the order processing phase. Our customer service staff will contact you and inform you of the status of the order.

REFUNDS
We proceed with a full refund only if we ship an item as it was not as described. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The refund will be credited in 15-20 days, depending on the bank.

CHANGES
If you change your mind, you can exchange your items within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have already passed, we cannot offer any exchange.

Exchange is only possible when we receive the package.

Exchange products must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
We do not accept exchanges/refunds/returns of customized products.
Exchanged products must have all original tags and be in their original packaging.
We only exchange the product you ordered (if available) , if the size is smaller or larger. We cannot exchange it for another model.
Sometimes it happens, that we can not exchange your item, in this case we offer you a good discount/gift for your next purchases.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to exchange your item. In some countries we charge additional shipping costs for exchanging an item.
If your exchange does not comply with our Exchange Policy, it will not be possible to accept it and we will return the items to you without credit. Please note that the customer has to bear all customs and shipping costs.
Depending on your place of residence, it may take some time (up to 15-25 days) for your exchanged product to reach you. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
